The primary purpose of Crown Agroforestry Plantations Inc. (CAPI) is to establish, develop, acquire, own, operate, manage, and maintain sustainable agroforestry plantations and integrated agricultural forestry projects in the Philippines, including the cultivation, propagation, production, harvesting, processing, and commercialization of timber, non-timber forest products, high-value agricultural crops, and other plantation-based resources, subject to applicable laws, permits, and regulations.
The Corporation shall also provide professional plantation development and management services, implement science-based and technology-enabled farming systems, promote sustainable land use and environmental conservation, and develop investment, comanagement, and partnership opportunities with landowners, farmers, cooperatives, investors, and other stakeholders to generate long-term economic, social, and environmental value.

- Agroforestry Plantation Development — Establish and manage commercial and sustainable plantations, including agarwood (Aquilaria spp.), sandalwood, champaca, cinnamon, nutmeg tree, tamánu, pili, and other suitable high-value tree crops.
- Plantation Management Services — Provide land preparation, nursery development, planting, maintenance, silviculture, harvesting coordination, and plantation operations.
- Managed Plantation Investments — Develop co-investment, landowner partnership, contract-growing, and co-managed plantation models.
- Nursery and Plant Propagation — Produce, propagate, acquire, and distribute seedlings, planting materials, and other agricultural inputs, subject to applicable regulations.
- Harvesting, Processing and Commercialization — Engage in the lawful harvesting, processing, distribution, trading, and marketing of plantation products and by-products.
- Digital Plantation Technology — Develop and operate digital farm management, tree registry, traceability, plantation monitoring, and agricultural intelligence systems, including the TerraForestry™ platform.
